We will do our best to get you your jewelry right away, but it will usually take one to two business days to process your order. Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekend days, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. We offer two types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.  We do not offer next day shipping so please plan accordingly. All packages are shipped and tracked via USPS and we offer the following shipping options:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $35
  • Standard flat-rate shipping with tracking via First-Class Mail®

Tracking Your Order To track your shipment via USPS, refer to your order confirmation email for the tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the USPS website at


Because we’re based in Florida, all items shipped within Florida will be charged sales tax according to the local law.


All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are due at the time of purchase and your credit card will be charged at the time of transaction. We accept the following types of payment:

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. We encourage you to sign-up for our email list so you can take advantage of exclusive discounts, advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. You have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.


If you’re not satisfied with our jewelry for any reason, you can easily exchange or return it. Please note the following: 1.    For all items to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and must be accompanied by the original return form. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. 2.    Before you can return the merchandise, you need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us by contacting us on the Contact Us page or simply emailing us at CS at Please be sure to specify the order number so we can quickly assist you. You will receive a follow-up email with details. Returns are accepted within 14 days, from the date the items were received. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
